Different leads need different messages.
Act as a real estate lead-nurture strategist. My market is [Your market], my leads are [Type of lead], and I offer [What you offer them]. Suggest how to segment these leads (e.g. by motivation, timeline, property condition) and the right message angle and cadence for each segment.
Pro tip: A motivated seller and a "maybe someday" lead need very different pacing — segment before you write.
